  First time renting a car and ill tell you it was a little intimidating, but dealing with the staff at the Troy location, renting a car was a breeze, from start to finish I was i was met with the most professional and polite staff. I did have to call and extend my rental. When I called it was quickly answered and I was taken care of in less then 5 minutes. Not sure how other locations work and operate but the Troy location was great, hopefully ill never be in the situation where I need to rent a car again but if I do I will definitely be going back. Thanks again for the outstanding service. I got the pleasure to work with Eric and Michael and there was another gentleman I worked with but can't remember their name

  Kept putting my call on hold & took forever to get them on the phone. Picked a luxury Full size SUV and at the time of pickup the vehicle wasn’t even clean.

  I had another great customer experience with Enterprise! James Ciraulo brightened my day! He truly cares about the customer! Although the Troy location was busy, he greeted every customer with a smile and remained calm and kind. He went above and beyond to provide an extraordinary experience! We need more good people like James!😊
