- BCBarry Chesterman6 days ago4.0Customer service is excellent at this location - Chelsea and Cam went above and beyond to get me an AWD car to drive in the snow. Why only four stars? Many vehicles had tires with little tread. My first vehicle, a Jeep Wagoneer, had such bad tires (no-name brand tires with 5 millimeters of tread) that I got stuck multiple times in snow. Cam made sure I got a better replacement vehicle after turning down many cars with low tread and no-name tires. Bottom line - check the tires before you accept the car. Those are the only connection you have to the road! Enterprise - you can do better. Buy decent quality tires!

I had a rental due back and was trying to reach out to the branch to extend but they wouldn’t answer. I am not well so I couldn’t make it up there today.
