Michael at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Troy, Michigan deserves the highest praise for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me warmly, took the time to clearly explain the rental options, and made sure I understood every detail before signing anything. He was patient with my questions, walked me through insurance and coverage in a straightforward way, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Great service at Enterprise. Michael and Cross were professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. They even helped me take my belongings out of the rental and offered an Uber to get me home. Really appreciated the quality customer service — highly recommend.

The first car we were given was not to our satisfaction. We called and asked for a different vehicle and were given one that was a significant upgrade for the same price. The agents were very friendly and accommodating. Very satisfied with our entire experience.
Dom was very kind and helpful with my reservation. There was a slight miscommunication with one thing on my rental reservation. Unfortunately, I did not realize until it was "too late", however at drop-off, Michael was more than helpful in being able to remedy the reservation and honor the original agreement!!

On January 30, I visited this location due to its convenience near my collision repair shop. This was my first time ever renting a car, following an accident the day before, so I was already under some stress.
When I arrived, the initial representative assisting me seemed pleasant at first. However, I explained clearly that I was renting through my insurance and outlined the daily allowance they were covering. I was told that no vehicles were available within that amount, which seemed unreasonable. When I asked whether other Enterprise locations might have availability within my insurance coverage, I was given a phone number and told I would need to call myself because he could not see availability at other Enterprise locations.
I ended up calling five different Enterprise locations on my own and confirmed that vehicles were available within my insurance allowance. When I returned to the desk, I was fortunate to meet Alex, who introduced himself as a manager.
Alex completely turned what had been a very frustrating customer service experience into a positive one. He was professional, empathetic, and immediately explained that he could help. He quickly secured a great vehicle that fit entirely within my insurance budget.
I am very thankful that Alex was there that day. I was extremely upset and frustrated by the earlier experience, and his professionalism and willingness to help made a significant difference. Alex represents the level of service customers expect, especially during an already stressful situation like dealing with an accident.
