    "Disappointed in the lack of professional foresight at this location. I recently had all four tires replaced, yet the team failed to mention or check my TPMS sensors during the install. Now that a sensor has failed, I'm being quoted a high price for labor that could have been avoided had they simply consulted me while the tires were already off. A great shop looks out for the customer's wallet; unfortunately, that didn't happen here."

    its always a pleasure to go to Belle Tires for my Car and SUV Tires. Technicians are thorough in their jobs and explain everything in detail. Overall the persons are quite helpful, reliable and honest in their opinions.

    I called Belle Tire to ask them if they could fix a flat tire and they said yes and it would be free. When I reached there after great difficulty of filling the tire multiple times the guy at the counter looked up my record and said “oh you haven’t bought tires from us in a while” so already did not seem happy about it. Then he came out and said well this tire can’t be repaired and has to be replaced even without identifying where the leak was coming from. He said there wasn’t enough tread which wasn’t true the tires have enough tread to go atleast 10 thousand miles. The tire lost all the air and I had to go another shop to get it fixed. They basically advertise free tire repair but don’t want to do that and sell you new tires. Very disappointing and I would not recommend them. The guy did not even measure the depth of the tread and try to see where and what caused the puncture just told me I need a new tire. Go somewhere else!

    I came to this Belle Tire location only because it was the closest place after getting a flat tire on my leased vehicle. They immediately pushed me to buy a brand-new tire. It was clear their priority was making a sale, not providing helpful service. I walked in needing help with one flat tire, and they quickly turned the conversation into trying to sell me on replacing all of my tires. The entire experience felt pushy and sales-driven rather than customer-focused. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
