  Usually come here for my ma>ntenance, and recently they patched up my flat tire for me, free of charge. Would strongly recommend this location.

  The managerj at this location needs anger management and customer service training. Very rude and has no respect for woman. I did alignment and they never did the job right and kept telling me I need new tires after purchasing new tire still having issue I took it back and they broke parts while fixing the alignment so he told me 700 dollar or come tow your car home. He yelled at me on the phone saying if I didn't bring the car back they wouldn't break anything. This guy is insane no customer service experience at all and he is the manager? So I went to the shop and he told me he is going to fix it but he will ban me from all Bell tire stores. Lol I have warranty in all my tires and alignment and he thinks he can say whatever he wants. When I told him I already called head quarter for Bell tire he then to start been scared and told me he will fix the issue but doesn't want to see my face in his store as I like to see him lol. I am not sure if Bell tire can't find a qualified manager or they don't give them adequate customer service training.

  The team did an outstanding job of solving my tire vehicle mismatch for winter snow tires and the installation was quick and flawless.

  Bad business practices!!!! I have been going there over 20 years, but now never again. My wife had a slow leak in her right front tire. At the appointment to get it fixed, "Mike" went out to the vehicle and said the tire is too worn to fix, and she should see Val or Jim Cox for new tires. She drove home. I was shocked to hear this, and here's why.... This car is less than three weeks old having purchased it Mercedes Certified Preowned with less than 20,000 miles. That certifying process requires at least 5/32s treads. As a former certified Michigan mechanic, I checked the treads that night on all 4 tires, and all checked in the range of 6/32s to 7/32s. I drove there the following morning to see Val, the manager, and he wasn't in. I spoke to Jim Cox instead. He checked them and confirmed my reading and apologized repeated, but couldn't explain it . They pulled it in to fix it. It had a screw embedded. Val eventually arrived while it was getting fixed and apparently Mr. Cox apprised him of the matter. Val spoke to me, apologetically, and said "Mike" must have used a bad calibrated tire tread gauge. NOT !!! They use the mechanical ones (like most all repair shops) as I saw Mr. Cox use one when he checked all four that morning. I normally take the vehicle in for tire work and not my wife. These shops that feed on women and their general lack of knowledge on vehicles, and for that matter unknowing men too, is despicable !!! STAY AWAY !!!
