I’ve been a customer here for nearly ten years (several vehicles) and have always been taken care of; staff is helpful, friendly and funny. I had a unique situation (trading in a car for a new one) and had to get my winter tires out of storage and reinstalled on extremely short notice. The manager Val went above and beyond to make this happen with help of his corporate team and staff at the shop. Val deserves a promotion (but would hate to lose him at this shop!). Shop with confidence. TOP NOTCH TEAM!

I won’t get into all of it, but life has been a little overwhelming lately, “one battle after another.” On my first day at a new job, I picked up a screw in my tire heading back from lunch… which I guess means it’s officially summer in Michigan. Yay construction season and random screws included! Tim and his team completely turned my day around. They made the whole experience easy, quick, and genuinely memorable. I’ll absolutely be bringing my business back. Only downside…..if you’re not into hockey, you might be outnumbered!

They call me saying there's lights on the dashboard on and they want $500 to diagnose it and won't do an alinement. Horrible customer service and they will mess with your car and try to charge you to fix it! 0 stars DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
- EEErnestoMar 19, 20261.0Got 4 new tires from them, I specifically asked to get new valve stems because 1 of them was all messed up. The guy who took care of me told me every time you get new tires they replaced them with new ones! Lies!! 3 of them look brand new, except for this one the one that it was all messed up never got replaced. Been a costumer with them for a min but I would Just go to a different location tbh.
