  I had an amazing experience at Valvoline. My car stalled out in their lot, and Evan immediately came over and helped me push it—way above and beyond. He was helpful and used such kind and motivational words, when I needed it most. Then the gentleman working the computer was incredibly informative and kind, giving me clear directions on what to do with my vehicle. I even called the district manager, Ed, to compliment his team, and he was so appreciative and gracious. Companies these days seem to have lost that personal touch, but Valvoline hasn't. Their team went above and beyond at every step, and I'm genuinely proud to be their customer. Highly recommend!

  0 stars if I could, will never return. My service started off solid and ended up with a mechanic who dropped a socket into my engine bay resulting ~ an hour & 1/2 of fiddling to get it out. This is a car shop that didn’t have a magnet on hand to retrieve the item and only offered to go purchase magnet after an hour+ of waiting, the excuse was they were stolen, so work on getting them replaced if you know you need them. Additionally, there was no attempt to offer a credit for wasting my time, not even an apology as I left. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
