  My insurance company covered a rental after an accident and my only option was Enterprise. I had $50/day for a rental. The car enterprise rented me was REALLY junky. It was an older Mitsubishi with Rally car stickers all over it. It rattled and squeaked and looked like enterprise had purchased it very used. I had quotes from Hertz and Budget, who I usually rent from – that were half the price of the enterprise rental and much nicer vehicles. I tried to rent from the enterprise location at the airport, which had typical newer rental vehicles, but they told me I had to work with this offshoot office and the offshoot office only had this junkie car to rent me. My insurance company wouldn’t cover from another company, however. On top of all this, they charged my credit card $50 after I dropped the car off w a full tank of gas. Everything was supposed to be 100% covered.. I’ll never go back to Enterprise!

  Enterprise car rental was fantastic for me when I needed a car after my car accident. They made the reservation very easily over the phone, came right to the dealer to pick me up to take the car, gave me a much better and bigger vehicle than I expected for the price and made it so easy for me to have the car picked up at the end as well. When I interacted with their staff, they were all very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. I had a problem with a windshield wiper blade that they did not hesitate to assure me was no problem as well. I would highly recommend Enterprise for when your vehicle is not able to be used or really any time because the experience is great!!!!

  This has been the second car I've rented from Enterprise in the Traverse City area I needed to call roadside assistance on. One for bald tires, that had a tire failure less than 3 hours after picking it up. I had to buy the tires up front, or wait alongside the road for 8 hours before someone could get to me. I didn't even get fully compensated for that. The second vehicle over heated because it was low on coolant. I had to go buy coolant for it, didnt get compensated at all for that. Both cars had warning and maintenance overdue lights on. I addressed my concerns with your staff, but was told the cars were okay, they just couldn't turn the lights off. So not only have I been out an expense for the cost of the repairs, I am also out my time getting the repair, along with the frustration and inconvenience. But that doesn't seem to matter much. So no, I highly doubt I will rent from enterprise again. Im tired of having to work on your cars for free, just to turn around and have to pay you to use it.
