They were extremely honest and fair in handling the whole job. Owner Jim and his skillful crew kept us informed and did the job in a more reasonable time frame than other local body shops quoted. They made a very distressful and upsetting situation so much calmer and less difficult. I will suggest Traverse Body and Paint to everyone I know.
