    Everything was great except the technician had to come back because he couldn’t get the calibration to accept. I don’t believe it was his fault, he tried everything he could. After talking to him he said they haven’t been doing the mobile calibrations very long and the tablet that he was using wouldn’t tell him exactly what the problem was so he was just guessing what to try next. Hopefully with time safelite will get this process down a little better. I would still call safelite for my glass repairs.

    Excellent service and communication. The installation tech was very professional and performed the work in the stated timeframe. I probably could have gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but for the convenience, quality of the service performed, and frictionless process- it was worth it.
