At approximately 12:00pm I received a call for an employee at Safelite stating my rear glass was replaced. I was also told that when they were pulling it out of their garage the employee cut the corner too tight and hit the side of the building with my truck. I arrived at Safelite at approximately 12:25pm and saw my truck parked. I got out to examine the damage. There was damage to the passenger side rear of the vehicle behind and above the rear wheel. I went into Safelite and contacted Bill Stilson “SQM”. He a gave me your email and asked that I get a quote for the damage and email it to you. I have attached the quote from Sonny’s Body Shop. I have also attached photos of the damage to my vehicle. Please either contact Sonny’s Body Shop for payment or let me know what is the process for getting this paid for. I have setup an appointment to have my truck repaired with Sonny’s Body Shop. It is scheduled for Tuesday November 11th, 2025, at 9:30am. I also will be without a vehicle and will need a rental vehicle until my vehicle is repaired. I was told by Bill Stilson that this would not be an issue. Should be noted that I have a security camera system in my vehicle At the time of the accident you can hear the driver say "Shit." clearly acknowledging they struck the building. He proceeds to pull my vehicle around the front of Safelite. Two other employees come out to look at the damage and the driver says "Did I do Something?" acting as though he didn't know he damaged my vehicle. This is beyond unacceptable. Also to make matters worse the rear glass they installed had 2 deep scratches at the bottom left (Drivers Side) So this will need to be replaced. This is by far the worse customer servers I have had with Safelite.

He handled my windshield replacement which included recalibration along with other customer repairs, AND fielded customer service questions seamlessly. He estimated 2.5 -3 hours and it was complete in 2 hours 35 minutes. He was very polite, friendly and extremely professional and proficient. Thank you SafeLite, but most of all THANK YOU, Dave, the technician! He deserves, at the very least, a raise, if not a promotion!
