I was getting in Tuesday night at 11:30 and saw they were open till 12 midnight so I changed my reservation to Tuesday night. Got to counter at 11:45 and Karen knew my name and decided they were not honoring same day reservations. Went to Avis next door and got a car for $250. I rent over 150 days a year from National. No more this is second time National at TVC let me down will not let them do it a 3rd time. Worst location in the USA.
