Have yet to hear back from anyone there, no call from management. Would like to receive my items back or willing to take legal action, my vehicle and belongings should be safe in hands of a business.

- PEPeter EdmondsJun 28, 20193.0It was suggested by my insurance company to use this business because they have a working relationship and I thought it would be more efficient. Never in my life has it taken me more than a hour just to get an estimate for repairs. Not only did I have to wait 4 days to get an appointment just for an estimate, since it was Friday afternoon they said it wouldn't be done until Monday. The estimator said he would try to get it done but would call me either way. I called my insurance adjuster and he called the owner. The adjuster told me the owner would work on the estimate and get back with me today. I never received a call from anyone about the estimate. So in the final wash I will have to wait a WEEK just to get a repair estimate, and it seemed to me that they really didn't care. I will be looking for another shop on Monday. Supplemental: I ended up having my car repaired at Gerbers in spite of the rough start I had with them. I have to say that the staff were very friendly and even gave me some repairs for free. They were very good about communicating the status of my repairs with text messages and e-mails. I still think the whole process took longer than it should but maybe the time frame was realistic. I guess I'm not sure. It took a full month to get the estimate done and then the repairs completed and there weren't any odd parts that needed to be shipped in from Japan. .
