    Shout out to Val at the Traverse City airport counter. Stayed after hours in a blizzard to ensure I could pick up my rental. Also, she remembered who I was when I returned the vehicle. Thank you!

    My family was in a pickle when we came back to our car battery being dead at the airport. Ashlee went and retrieved her jump pack from her own car to help us! Talk about going above and beyond. Unfortunately, our car still wouldn't start, but Ashlee helped us get a rental for the evening so we could head home. I can't thank her enough for all her help and kindness along the way. Thank you SO much Ashlee 🩷

    Really bad experience flight was delayed on Fourth of July, arrived late with a reservation made through Expedia. told me they would not and could not honor the reservation because they were out of cars walked out in the parking lot and saw lots of cars parked in their reserved spaces came back in And told them so and was told they all had some excuse attached to them such as they needed an oil change or some other minor maintenance reason. Believe it was National Rent-A-Car that is at the same counter so no luck there either so went to Budget no luck there ( If I understood right from what the enterprise counter rep told me they’re all owned by the same people) Then finally went to Hertz. Fortunately Hertz saved us from being stranded and were able to get us a car but we got gouged hard and had to pay twice what we should’ve paid as compared to the reservation price we had been promised by Expedia w/ enterprise.
