- JSJay SNov 16, 20251.0Really bad experience flight was delayed on Fourth of July, arrived late with a reservation made through Expedia. told me they would not and could not honor the reservation because they were out of cars walked out in the parking lot and saw lots of cars parked in their reserved spaces came back in And told them so and was told they all had some excuse attached to them such as they needed an oil change or some other minor maintenance reason. Believe it was National Rent-A-Car that is at the same counter so no luck there either so went to Budget no luck there ( If I understood right from what the enterprise counter rep told me they’re all owned by the same people) Then finally went to Hertz. Fortunately Hertz saved us from being stranded and were able to get us a car but we got gouged hard and had to pay twice what we should’ve paid as compared to the reservation price we had been promised by Expedia w/ enterprise.

Edit - thank you for the quick response Stacy, however I had talked with support on 4 separate calls to try to resolve the issue. They provided a solution of renting at another enterprise location 9 miles away, in which we would have to return at the same location and couldn't be returned at the airport..or come back tomorrow. Neither solution was acceptable at this time. Fortunately, I was able to get a rental through Alamo.
