    Buick came up with an engine low power mode. Drove right to belle tire got in and diagnosed quick part was ordered locally and fixed. All said and done less than 2 hrs and teacher discount. Great job!!!!

    Scheduled an appointment using their online service. Had four new snow tires installed. Arrived a bit early for appointment. Prepaid for tire purchase and balance of tires. Counter tech seemed surprised I was insistent on prepaying before “free” wheel alignment assessment. I told him truck is relatively new and an alignment was most likely not necessary. Besides, current tires had no unusual wear and truck rides and drives perfectly. I informed him that if an alignment was necessary to be certain to let me know first. Waited from 4:00 to 6:30 to complete task. Their normal closing time was 6:00. At that time, I inquired about the truck status. I was told the truck was with the alignment tech. I waited another 15 minutes and inquired again. I was told the truck was complete and another $116.00 was needed for the alignment. For personal reasons, I chose to refrain from a confrontation and paid the bill. Upon departure, I noticed the old tires were in the bed of the truck and not disposed of as instructed. I relayed this issue to the counter tech and was instructed to drive around back and the tires would be unloaded. I started the truck to drive to the back and noticed the TPMS indicator warning the driver side tire was at 5 PSI. I immediately rolled over to their tire pump station and inflated to the proper PSI. Then drove to the back to have old tires disposed. I informed that personnel of that issue and was met with skepticism and no apology. I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

    Schedule to get tires swapped at this place I don't anymore your service is terrible and their prices are too high there's takes three times as long to get anything done as anywhere else and it's always no we can't fix this we have to get new terrible place

    If I could do lower than 1-star I would. Came in, bought some winter tires to drive my car before the snow hit. Called maybe 10+ times over a couple weeks and no answer. Then the snow hit... still no winter tires. Ended up buying from tire factory because they actually pick up their phone, cheaper, fast, and way better of an option. I have recommended people not to come here on multiple occasions and they were happy not to. Do better.
