    The Traverse City shop needs attention. Terrible terrible parking... The third time there and never is there a spot to park. My tires weren't in after I drove an hour for my appointment. The staff isn't the friendliest.

    Paid 877$ for 2 Michelin cross climate 2 tires had an appointment set for 10am. Thought I’ll drop the tires off I needed done because I had to leave for work by 2pm save the shop time so I wouldn’t have had this problem! Well a hour max job took them from 10am-7:11pm just to put 2 tires on a rim and balance them! When I went to pick them up I had to knock on the warehouse door even tho it was 4 dudes standing right there…. The dude who came to help me didn’t know how many tires I had dropped off even thought he worked there. I asked him “how many tire machines do you have back there” he said “ohh about 5” IF YOUR A WHITE MAN! Go to belle tire they will treat you with the upmost respect and put you before all the appointments! If not save yourself the hassle and go next door to discount tire they won’t have you waiting 9 hours for 2 tires I coulda did it myself at home with a crowbar if they woulda just gave me the tires

    Matt and his team have been wonderful to work with, and an immense help considering no dealer within 100 miles will work on a Promaster. I appreciate having a shop I can trust and look forward to bringing more vehicles!

    Was told I needed inner and outer tie rods or else I can’t do an alignment. Went to a trusted shop they said there’s nothing wrong with my tie rods and did the alignment.

    We were visiting Traverse City for the Red Wings Training Camp today. One of our tires had very low pressure. We stopped at Belle Tire to have it looked at. The assistant manager, Scott Jackson, was very gracious and got our car in to check it right away without an appointment. They got us in very quickly and kept us updated by texts how things were going. Zachariah found a nail in the tire. He took it out, repaired it and didn’t charge us anything for doing it. We really appreciate their kindness and them doing such a great job in a short amount of time. I can’t recommend them enough!
