  The staff were excellent, check in and return were smooth and they made sure i had everything i needed before leaving. The car was clean, in good condition and had the amenities I was looking for. I would absolutely use this location again for a car rental

  Great experience! David at the Traverse City, MI location was great. He gave us some very beneficial info on the local area, restaurants, etc.. Great help to us. We made our reservation on line for a pick up and different drop off location and they accommodated us, no problem. Very good experience! Will use them again.

  After a long day of travel, we arrived in Traverse City at 8:30pm, ready to pick up the rental car we reserved over a month ago. My husband was the driver, and our credit card was under my name. Even though we share the same last name, they refused to release the car. We’ve never encountered this issue at any other rental company. Our hotel was over an hour away, leaving us stranded to rely on an Uber, and we’re not even sure we’ll find a ride for our 5am return flight. We offered every option, including paying cash, but they wouldn’t budge. No effort was made to help or accommodate us. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience.
