I came in with an issue with my Continental tires and needed to file a warranty claim, which can be a frustrating process, but Faris made it completely painless. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of my warranty and got me set up with a brand new set of tires. What really stood out was how easy he was to work with throughout the whole process. By the end of it, it felt like I was talking to a friend rather than someone at a shop. That kind of genuine, personable service is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to work with Faris again. Highly recommend!

I had actually noticed this issue and ordered a new wiper from Amazon to install, but they insisted I install the new one and pay a $30 fee for a new pass report. However, if I simply installed the wiper here，I would pass immediately，I would absolutely not recommend coming here.and when we talking about this ，my wiper from amazon already arrival，i just lives cross street，i said can i just put the wipe on in five minutes before they update the report，they rejected，asked me pay 30 more to reinspect.but if you let them change the wiper for you ，you dont need to pay 30 dollar more，i will tell everyone i know dont come to this store，just go discount tire next to them，so much better，quicker
