Mercedes helped me out immensely calling as soon as they opened after I'd filed an online insurance claim. The guys fixed my car quickly and did an awesome job replacing a lot of stuff along with painting everything that needed it. My journey looks like it had never had a deer play chicken with it. - TLTrisha LambertSep 17, 20251.0After having my truck for thirty days, they told me it was fixed.I drove it,Two blocks took it back as it pulled to the left terribly, and they tried telling me my insurance company was not covering it.So I picked it up days later, and my insurance company is covering it ...steer clear of this place.They let my truck leave there unsafe and unfixed!! I have witnesses hearing Chris say ... That my tire being fixed was a gift from progressive... Only he would not release my truck until I paid the betterment amount for my tire!! And on friday, he released it for my deductible only ... This charge came about after I told him I was going to take it to get a second opinion. When on Friday, he released it for just my deductible!! Most importantly, my insurance company will cover anything that has to do with the Accident ,only they did not provide the insurance company with the information of the stuff that needed done to make my truck safe.. therefore, they were not going to pay for something that was not submitted by auto body usa!! This is unacceptable and has put my family in harm's way!!
