  Five years ago, when I'd only had my Escape for a few months, a yearling deer ran facefirst into my driver's side door. Autobody USA took care of all the body work and if you look at my car today you cannot tell that she was attacked by a yearling with a death wish. Fast forward to a month or so ago, when my car decided to choose violence and slide into a ditch which caused mild damage to the front bumper. Not only did they take care of the body damage, but they also had it done earlier than the initial projected date. I can now say in full confidence that Autobody USA has rebuilt my car's entire front end, and they have taken great care of her each time I have required their services. The staff are great, and they are incredibly knowledgeable, and you can tell that they take pride in the excellent work that they do for car owners like me in their community. I only needed to pay the deductible through my insurance company, but once I saw the itemized list of all that they took care of for me, it appeared to be very reasonably priced for everything that they had done to get me back on the road in my own vehicle.

  I have used AutoBody USA Three Rivers for all of my car claim needs and they have provided excellent top notch care as usual!! It seemed pricey but that was all the damage and my insurance company approved it all so it was needed. Highly recommend!!

  I called them on the same day and told them about how I was having a leak in my car coming in through my back window into my headliner. They got me in the same day. They were able to fix it and were very professional about showing me where the leak was coming from, very friendly. Todd does amazing work, can’t thank you guys enough. Price was very reasonable. Everyone there was amazing.

  Mercedes at the desk was amazing! so quick to respond, a great communicator, answering all of my questions, many of them before I even had to ask. Ron and his team went above and beyond to make my 2015 vehicle look like new! They even price matched below what I was quoted by another shop, and wayyyy below the original quote without hesitation. While I hope I don’t need repairs anytime soon, doing business with them was exactly what anyone could ask for from a body shop. I felt completely taken care of, gained another relationship with a nearby auto mechanic as well, and I’d trust them with absolutely any vehicle I ever have in the future.10/10 would recommend

  Hands down best autobody repair shop. Great customer service, kept me in the loop during entire process of the repair and even diagnosed an issue that I had been having that a few other places weren’t able to solve. I didn’t even mention that I was having an issue because it wasn’t relevant to the repair but during the repair work they noticed issue and told me about it. And it’s an issue that they don’t even handle since it is mechanical. Will definitely be a life time return customer.
