The following day, I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. I arrived at the scheduled time, only to be told that the car was not currently available and that I needed to go to a different location. I then drove for half an hour to another city, where I was met with the exact same response: there were no cars available there either. This is simply unacceptable. I contacted customer service, and their response was, "We apologize for this; we will call you back." They said this twice, yet no one ever called me.

However, the app allows the customer to book a car even if the location is sold out. This happened to me and the staff went over and beyond to source a vehicle for me. It took a couple hours to get a car in.

The responses provided by your staff were entirely unprofessional. I was told that there was no information available regarding vehicle inventory and that availability was limited due to spring break. Given that this is Detroit, citing spring break as a reason for being unable to fulfill a truck rental request is unacceptable. The lack of clarity and the excuses provided are not what I expect from your company. Please address these issues immediately, I also contacted the corporate office which was in Minneapolis. It was like talking to the local office my advice to you to stay clear away from this rental company. That’s what I plan on doing.
