  It didn't apply the tire shine at all on either rear tire and about 1/4, but actually less than that, on the driver's front tire and even less on the passenger side tire. I reached out to support at the bottom of the email I was sent after signing up, letting them know, and the response was, "It's not my problem; contact the location." I replied to just cancel the wash; I don't want to deal with it. Also I shouldn't have to download your app to CANCEL!!! The tire shine is part of the reason I'm even considering canceling my wash membership at the car wash down the street. Great first impression!

  I had an amazing experience at Tommy’s Express in Taylor! The wash was fast, efficient, and left my car looking spotless. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facility was super clean and well organized. I especially love the free vacuums — they’re powerful and make finishing touches easy. It’s definitely my go-to car wash from now on. Highly recommend!

  Excellent customer service! My car came out looking brand new! best car wash in town it use to suck but new company took it over now it’s the BEST in town!! Free vacuum and Mat washers I’ll never go to another car wash again thank you Tommy’s express!

  My Car Rite Car Wash was bought out by Tommy's Express.. I received excellent service. They supplied loaner towels to dry our cars and have a flat and molded mat cleaner. Talk about great service and clean mats, especially after the winter's snow and mud... THANK YOU Tommy's Express on Telegraph in Taylor, MI my ride looks great. Just need a little polish on my wheels and molding and we'll be looking brand new.

  Best car wash in town!! Tommy’s Express Car Wash truly stands out from the moment you pull in. The team brings so much positive energy and they are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do and it shows in the service. My vehicle came out looking amazing. The wash did an incredible job removing dirt and road grime, and the shine afterward was impressive. The vacuums had great suction, the lot was clean, and everything felt organized and efficient. I also appreciated how smooth and quick the process was without feeling rushed. It is clear that customer experience matters here. The staff works hard, communicates well, and keeps the line moving while still making each guest feel valued. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Tommy’s Express to friends and family.
