Tiffany (who don't work in taylor) booked us a fantastic Expedition MAX so that all 7 of my family could be comfortable together - after I made the reservation and was sent a conformation email for said vehicle in the time needed - I got everyone informed - we were good to go.. UNTIL I called to try to prepay and they informed me they don't even have the max anything there and the biggest they can put me into is a small suv - I told her I just spoke with someone and she shrugged it off and told me pretty much take it or leave it. I will never rent a car from here. Maybe people answering the phones should actually be trained on the job, inventory, locations etc.
