  They didn’t install my oil filter housing correctly. They didn’t torque it correctly to the engine block. They totally missed one of the bolts. Chryslers design for this engine is horrible anyway. It was a plastic part. Getting to it is not a fun thing. Lots of things were black tape and the injector clips. Well three were broken. I have to get a new harness now. Tire they did ok with them brakes not to much. They reinstalled and didn’t lube my caliper pins. One was completely frozen. I don’t think they checked.

  I’m going to try being as fair as possible when writing this review. I understand mistakes happen, however I feel like I dodged a bullet when getting a second opinion. I came in today because I was hearing some concerning sounds while braking and reversing. They had checked it out and called me saying I had most likely installed the wrong rotors and possibly wheel bearings. The projected quote was going to be $580. This didn’t sound right at all to me, I went with my gut feeling and went to another mechanic around the block who specifically specialize in brake repairs. After looking at my vehicle they said the only issue was me missing a bolt in one caliber and the other had a beat up bolt. I’ll be paying around $50 for them to fix this. Either A. These guys didn’t really look at my vehicle too much, or B. They were genuinely hoping to rip me off. I don’t want to believe in B, but it’s not an impossibility. I’d recommend checking out reputable mom and pop mechanics if you yourself aren’t super knowledgeable about vehicles. I feel like these big chain stores are mainly out to just get a quick buck.

  I was visiting from Nashville, Tennessee, and noticed my tire was losing air after I arrived in Michigan. I had to find someone quickly to check out my tire. Belle tire got me in right away and was able to look at it and repair my tire within 45 minutes with no charge! So thankful for their service and wonderful customer care! Definitely recommend this company for all your tire needs!

  I brought my Mazda CX/5 here on 10/7/25, invoice/order # 46705077. This was one of the worst and most expensive decisions I have ever made. $2,900 ticket. Brakes, rotors, shocks struts, alignment, oil change, etc. I get the car back on Tue 10/8 and the brakes are screaming down the street day one, even when they weren't engaged! The rotors were rubbing on something; it was a serious problem. I planned on taking it back on Mon 10/13 (my next day off, I work for a living). I didn't make it that far because on Fri 10/10, 200 miles driven after picking the car up my engine failed! I get it towed to another shop for a diagnostic and they tell me I lost oil pressure, lost viscosity, and had a "catastrophic engine failure". They ask me what kind of oil was put in the car. I can't answer the question because Belle Tire has two different line-items for oil on my invoice! One line-item says 0w-20, the other 5w-20! So, I go to Belle Tire to confront them about all this and I get the run-around you'd expect. The manager gives me this mealy-mouthed line about "we do fleets, and...we do fleets, and stuff". He calls the kid into the lobby who did the oil change and asks him right in front of me what kind of oil he put in the car! Of course the kid sees me standing there with the look of death on my face and says "uh, uh...whatever it said on the cap." Needless to say, I'm beyond furious. These people charged me $2,900 to destroy my car. Be warned.
