    Google Review Draft Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5 Stars) I brought my 2026 Silverado 2500 HD Diesel in for a punctured rear passenger tire. While the initial diagnosis was fair—they correctly identified a non-patchable sidewall puncture and needed to order the large-spec tire for the next day install—the execution from that point on was a series of avoidable frustrations. The Spare Tire Fiasco: I specifically requested they install my spare tire so I could drive safely until the new one arrived. When I picked up the truck, the flat was still on. When I called the manager, he claimed the tech said the vehicle "didn't have a spare." This is a heavy-duty truck; they come standard with a spare. Because of this laziness/oversight, I had to stop twice on the way home to refill a failing tire and again the next morning. It was a massive, unnecessary hassle and a safety concern. The Final Straw: I dropped the truck off the following morning to get the new tire mounted. The manager acknowledged the previous protocol failure, which I appreciated, but the "finished" product was still sloppy. After picking it up, my TPMS light triggered. I assumed it was a sensor issue, but it turns out the tech only inflated the tire to 30 PSI, despite the required 55 PSI for this specific vehicle/tire class - which required me to fill it up again and another oversight by the Tire Guru's. Summary: Every step of this process had a hiccup. From claiming a spare didn't exist to sending a heavy-duty truck out the door with dangerously under-inflated tires, the attention to detail at this location is severely lacking. I’m giving two stars instead of one only because the manager was at least professional when I spoke to him, but the shop floor needs better quality control.

    The free air machine was not working for me twice. 2 separate days I went up there, I went in twice to ask if someone can kindly put air in my tire. Said sorry. I don’t have anyone. It’ll be a while, really? It takes 5 seconds to fill it up. Unreal

    Walked into this Belle Tire Center expecting to schedule an appointment for tire alignment and rotation for a later date. Ryan C checked availability and was able to get the work done right away during the same visit. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall, the customer service was excellent and truly appreciated. Thanks to the team in this Belle Tire Center.
