I asked for help to open a cap to a part of my engine to pour product in myself simply, because my hands are small, and both workers refused to help me. I was in the parking lot for almost an hour at night in the cold trying to get it and the workers even came outside to change their sales signs but never once checked to see if I was okay or needed help. What poor excuses for "men". I don't live in the area so no one else could come to help me there.

The manager, James, and a young woman working with him (I didn’t catch her name) were incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. We purchased a new battery, and even though James was very busy and it was cold outside, he took the time to install the battery in my mother’s car for us. He never once made us feel like an inconvenience. They were truly some of the nicest and most professional people I have encountered at AutoZone. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.
