Very friendly and helpful staff. Lucas helped me release a corroded connector from my battery terminal. Saved me half a days pay and a lot of headache! Thank you so much. I would leave 7 stars if the system would let me.

Jennifer store manager is a scammer. I bought a battery there and had to exchange it under warranty. The guy who was helping me was pushed away from the computer and she takes over. She says look here, theres no entry on your account of you buying this....the sticker on the side of the battery is 3 months old. I said I bought it 3 months ago and she says oh well, without a receipt I can't do anything. I run home and grab my receipt (thank God I had it) for the $200 battery. As I walk back in up to the counter, a different employee begins to help me as Jennifer runs out of the store so she doesn't have to deal with me, I was a little angry earlier. He says to her, what should I do and she ignores him and walks out. He then brings up my account and says oh, look here, you have 2 accounts for some reason and immediately brings up the battery purchase and warranties the battery without even looking at the receipt. The previous employee who was helping me then tells me he trued to tell her and point at the other account when she took over ,but she would listen to him. It sure felt like Jennifer was trying to screw me over as it was blatantly obvious that there another account under my phone number that she decided to ignore. Well, anyways I actually need a new battery today for my wife's car with frigid temps it died. Guess where I won't be going after my years of being a customer. Looks like it over to O'Reilly. Update. Just bought 2 new batteries for other vehicles at O'Reilly. Crazy how one bad experience can cost a company almost $500 with one customer.

RUDE STORE EMPLOYEES. THE WORST PART IS THEY ARE MANAGERS. THE AUTOZONE CULTURE HAS WENT SOUTH. I GUESS WE ARE ALL JUST SUPPOSED TO EXCEPT THAT SOMEONE CAME TO WORK. WE SHOULD PROVIDE THEM WITH THE WAGE AND A POSTER BOARD OF GOLD STARS, A HIGH FIVE AS WELL.
