She is so professional and knowledgeable she came out checked my battery (which was bad) she didn’t even hesitate to install the new battery. Made sure to take her time, she made sure it was put on right and that my car was working like new. Side note didn’t expect this level of help cause I noticed she had what looks like a fresh manicured nails!! Managers like her who put her customers first is what we need in the retail world ! I would have never expected the store manager to get their hands dirty, specially one who had a longs nails !!! Thank you again AutoAzone ! customer for life !

Jenn got me what I needed and even helped me put it in so I wouldn’t get burnt by the hot water. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why she was doing it .More women in the auto parts field is what we need. she took great care of me and made sure I was safe and advised me what to do next time I needed to add more to my car . definitely coming back here again .
