- BABelicia AndradeApr 25, 20261.0Staff was unprofessional. Called on 04/ 24 asking for an appointment for today. They stated on the phone I did not need one. I arrived today I was not addressed right away. They all just looked at me and seemed like they did not want to talk to me. The mechanic that does alignments was very late to work and they asked me to come back around 1 pm. I arrived at 1 pm. While i was waiting the staff then played mexican music on their computer and all started laughing. It was very racist and rude. I will never be returning. I do not recommend this shop to any female or mexican. They will make you feel uncomfortable.

Not certain how to approach and zero in on the issues, Darren and his team was able to deep dive and diagnosis the stability concerns I had with sloppy/wavy driving and steering vibration to unbalanced wheels and leaky shocks. WOW. This drives like if pulling off the assembly line. The experience and technical knowledge he and his team has is second to none. I certainly highly recommend this team to anyone!

It was a emergency repair. They claim not enough time. So we went across the street to FIRESTONE in Allen Park. I explained to the service guy. He took care of the tires, and they had lots of customers there. I dont know what happened to management at Belle, But they lost a 30+ year customer forever... Loyalty dont mean shit to Belle tire
