    Worse location ever don’t. Yousif the guy they worked there is very bad at customer services and rude. Hung up the phone on me while on the call then gave me the run around and still the wrong information

    having prepared to rent from Hertz and having them call me at 7:30 am on the morning I was to pick up a cr at 9:30am and tell me they had no cars.I had to scramble to find a vehicle. Enterprise’s staff were kind professional and accommodating.. Rental was affordable , clean and and I was able to continue on my trip in a timely fashion. They will definitely be my first choice the next time I need a rental.

    The reserved vehicle was unavailable and the vehicle that was substituted was filthy dirty. I immediately had to go to vacuum and clean it up at the car wash and clean interior.
