  Youssif and his people there at the Sylvan Lake location in Waterford Michigan were fantastic. Easy going and friendly. If I need to rent again ill be sure to try enterprise again because of them!

  I called Enterprise for a rental of a car, they stated they had cars available at the location I asked for. When I got to the location, the receptionist stated they didn't have any cars available. She stated it is third parties that answers the initial cause and they are unaware of how many availability cars it is at the locations. The initial caller of the third party needs to be more aware of how many availability of cars it is at the locations, luckily a customer had just dropped off their rental while I was there waiting to find another rental at another location.

  Always great service at the Enterprise on Telegraph, in Sylvan Lake, MI. Rented cars from them many years ago and then recently rented from them in December 2025, and then again in mid January 2026. Staff is friendly, professional, helpful, efficient. They made me feel very comfortable and seemed sincerely interested in making sure I had a good rental experience. They were patient with my need to change the rental return dates (due to delays in completion of the repairs being made to my car). I highly recommend this location.

  Truthfully this place was convenient close to home and trustworthy at first..I had a late return honestly, in 2022 took care of the fee and returned the car myself.. it was clean no accidents as I received it gassed and all.. and 3 +years later as of RIGHT NOW I have a do not rent w Repo accusations connected to my profile. I have called, emailed, and left fully detailed voicemails CONTINOUSLY FOR 3years EVEN Today, questioning when was the Repo,? WHERE DID U REPO IT FROM and all documents contained for the matter at hand from the risk team..and the location staff.. I cannot get a call back w Any info . No escalatetions team to Speak with .. This is Vital to me how my name and accountability of being an responsible adult is being dragged throughout all enterprises and the disadvantages that comes with the false accusations. When I've been renting from this company w long and short term.rentals ..for years.. especially from this location and a few others..this is SO UNFAIR SO UNPROFESSIONAL That I cannot get any information on The Repossessed car that Never was Repossessed.. Can someone please make this right.. and soon it's been 3plus years please Sherika Armstrong a once faithful customer please..
