    A bit confused why everyone here has been a total miserable jerk for months, mostly the new kid who gets to act like he's 30 Or if he is.. it's not my fault you're miserable When I used to work here we were all happy and at least knew what professionalism is I even think he put thicker oil in my car because HE thought it was correct to do so but now I'm having more issues . It's been like this for months, I've been biting my tounge.. but I miss Sara and the old guys that used to be here . This guys just got a chip on his shoulder and is unhappy with his life and FRANKLY. I'm tired of dealing with it. Even on the phone he's a nuisance.. just.. why?

    Good experience. Like most places they do there best to upsell unnecessary services but just hold your ground. Better than dealerships for sure.

    Seems that they cleared all of the good workers out. I was the ONLY vehicle at the location for the duration of my oil change. The only work these guys did for my hour long oil change was gossip with the construction worker present. 2 workers present, neither had name tags. Unfortunate experience for someone who's had no problems in the years I've been coming here. Sounds like workers see this place as their personal playground. 2 stars solely because the job eventually got done. But wow...what a nice TV they added👎🏻

    I had a great experience at the Performance Plus in Benton Harbor! I had gotten an oil change at the St. Joe location and came to Benton Harbor to redeem my car wash coupon, but the machine was giving me an error. Multiple team members noticed I was having trouble and kindly asked if I needed help. They all worked together to get everything sorted out quickly and gave me a new code with no hassle. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind—I really appreciated the outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
