I had my wipers on auto start so any moisture engages the wipers. When I remote started my car today, the wipers must have been frozen and they snapped off. One was usable and one needed to be replaced. Steve again assisted me in the replacement and installation of new wiper blades. And all this for no charge!! I have been an Auto Zone customer for years....and this is why!!! Above and beyond customer service!!!! Thank you for making my problem a pleasant experience!!!
