I was bummed that after my visit, a better coupon arrived in my email than the $10 off one I had . But it’s ok, I was happy to have the $10 coupon especially with the holidays coming up quick & the cost of living is so high right now. Thank you for a speedy & efficient oil change & helping to keep my 2016 suv alive :)

Had my oil change and here comes all these other services that they suggest that you get just so they can suck more money out of you. After I had the oil changed the next day or two my service tire pressure light pops on and so I called to complain and they took no accountability for their actions (the light wasn’t on at anytime before they serviced it)… so he tells me that the sensor was probably bad before hand and that they will not do anything… car 2 my tires was off balance after having my oil change and I had to go back to have that corrected… a few weeks later my wife also took her car to have the oil changed and whoever changed the oil disconnected a line and forgot about it and her reverse gear was acting up to the point that her car wouldn’t back up… so she returned to the facility and told them what she was experiencing with the car and overheard two employees discussing that he forgot to reconnect the line afterwards …. and she still having similar issues. I will not be returning to Valoline and especially not this location… money hungry and inexperienced.

My bay opened up first, but instead of taking my turn, an employee came outside and asked me to give up my spot to someone who had arrived after me. I didn’t argue and moved as requested. About 20 minutes later, another car that showed up after me was taken into the bay before I was. It felt disorganized and unfair, and definitely not like a first-come, first-served system. This experience left me pretty disappointed with their customer service.
