  Since when does a company put it's interest before the customer? When I come to Penske location, I expect to be promptly, respectively, and without issues. Unfortunately the last 2 times I have been to the Sterling Heights location there has been issues, like waiting 30 plus minutes for fuel because of a "shift change " or most recently finding the fuel lanes closed because the employee responsible for fueling trucks was on lunch. What a weak excuse that there's only 1 employee to take of customers(me) or making people waiting for entirely to long of times for fuel. It's ridiculous and unacceptable. Drivers coming to Penske for fuel or other services have a demanding schedule and Penske seems to forget who the real customer is and focus more on taking care of customers in a more satisfactory way.
