  Tonya (manager) was awesome and the staff were attentive and friendly. The complaint/issue that I have is the rental car I was put in (2025 Nissan Sentra blue) through my AAA Auto claim had 2 front tires with low tread depth which were unsafe for snow and wet conditions (and we had days with snow during my rental time) and the Oil Change service light was on. I dont like the fact that Enterprise will put a customer in a vehicle that needed immediate attention/maintenance work. I addressed it with Tonya initially upon picking up and upon returning it. Please tell all of your Enterprise rental stores that they need to be thorough with servicing the vehicle when needed as a safety precaution to prevent jeopardizing customers safety and to help prevent breakdowns and or being stranded on the road due to an employee's negligence!

  I definitely recommend this Enterprise location!! The staff was awesome!! Tanu, Will and Ross were all top notch and went above and beyond customer expectations!! I strongly recommend this Enterprise Car rental location!! Gold stars across the board! The Staff was outstanding!! Sincerely Doug Matthews

  Well... let me begin by saying this was my first time, lifetime renting a vehicle from anywhere. I chose Enterprise because of their reputation with the people experienced through the years. I was to pick up a random vehicle Feb 12 @12p. I recieved no call after confirming pickup so I decided to drive into Sterling Heights office and see what was up. Chase was the first person I spoke with... basically because Michigan has been in several accidents involving many damaged vehicles, there is a shortage of rentals... not good for me because I had a pressing date I had to meet with no exceptions. He asked me to come back at 3-3:30p same day or that their would be a call allowing me info to return for pickup and that I could try other surrounding E-rentals to check for a more immediate vehicle. Not successful, I returned after calling again... they said we have something come in. I get there to S Heights to find basically a smart car that I would have to drive 400 miles in and I did not want that matchbox car. Chase said he would work something out and he did... 1st trip I rented at a very reasonable discount for inconvenience a Nissan Versa, better... but the car smell was most unpleasant, yet the car was bigger and very ⛽️ efficient. I extended my days for trip 2; driving 400 + miles again and back very good on gas ⛽️, because of the smell... Chase was like how was the car, I said it smelled horrible the whole ride. He upgraded me pleasantly to a Chevy Malibu same rated discount and I rolled out. I forfilled my promise of responsibility in purpose of trip, I stayed in Indiana overnight and it rained... I never knew rain could make a car dirty... like literally raining dirt but to my surprise 😮 that's what I experienced. Upon my Michigan return, I checked in the Malibu, I just want to say to Chase and Curly top because I fail to remember how name... great job guys on customer service and accommodations made to make my experience that started out stressful and unpleasant to an experience that grades Enterprise rental top notch in my opinion for rental needs. Thank you for allowing me to experience your professionalism and kindness in this experience.

  Totally appreciated the last-minute assistance when my rental from a competitor fell through due to a “fleet fail”. WTH?? I didn’t even know that could happen, but I’m so grateful to the creative & helpful staff here, THANK YOU!!!

  I had an excellent experience with this location and the staff were amazing. The manager Tanu was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right vehicle for my needs. The car was clean, well maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. I especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained to me from the rental agreement to the return process which made the entire experience stress free. Tanu delivered outstanding customer service and reliability. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car rental experience.
