The tech asked me questions about my vehicle and couldn't find the right battery. Instead of going outside to look at it with me, they asked me to take their tape measure and measure the size of the battery. As I left to do this, I was informed that there was only 2 techs working and if they could even find the right battery (in the computer), it would be quite awhile before they'd be able to even test mine and make a determination. I returned the tape measure, closed my hood and left. Never again. I understand not wanting to be working there but come on
