    I was very pleased with the service I received at Auto Zone. Tony was very helpful. He explained options for what windowshield wipers to buy. He even replaced them for me. I was truly grateful for this service.

    Customer service is pure garbage. I was here on Sunday, January 4th at 4:40pm Female employee asked for next in line, and as I stood at the front of the line in the roped off area where the line forms, I was passed by forigners that walked up right in front of me and took my place in line. She ignored this as did every other co worker and proceeded to wait on them. I placed the 16 quart oil drain container that I was buying down on the cart in front of them and walked out. Your customer service is pure garbage. I frequent your store quite often. This will be the last time I, or my son shop here.

    When I walked in the door. The sales associate was on his phone. I had to acknowledge him. I ask about wiper blade size for my vehicle. He looked up my size but didn’t assist or educate on wiper blades. I went to the Aisle and retrieve my wiper blades size. When the representative finished ringing me out. He told me not to work to hard. I was offended. Bad customer service for a customer who patronized this location a lot. Associates need to focus on service and not his phone. When customers are in the store.

    I stopped at this location after getting an oil change on the car 🚗. I needed a replacement cap. The manger of the store was very kind and helpful. 😊 He put the replacement cap on my car and order a replacement filter for the car. The part came when he said it would and I received a call 📞 to let me know it was at the store for pickup. I will drive pass 10 AutoZones just to come to this location for the customer service. One of the BEST store around.
