  The manager Kyle is the reason I will always frequent this establishment. Great customer service and kind souls all over. When you have good management, it shows thank you Kyle for making this place awesome.

  My son needed a battery, the day I was there everybody was getting batteries, More then 1 person working and the guy who installed battery was exallent Great customer service 💯

  I stopped in to get my battery tested and possibly replaced and the staff I spoke to couldn't have been less helpful. The tech asked me questions about my vehicle and couldn't find the right battery. Instead of going outside to look at it with me, they asked me to take their tape measure and measure the size of the battery. As I left to do this, I was informed that there was only 2 techs working and if they could even find the right battery (in the computer), it would be quite awhile before they'd be able to even test mine and make a determination. I returned the tape measure, closed my hood and left. Never again. I understand not wanting to be working there but come on

  I showed up at this store 10 minutes past their posted opening time, and the doors were still locked. What made it worse is that the employees were standing inside, staring through the window and pretending not to see me. No explanation, no acknowledgment, nothing.
