  Had an amazing customer service experience here today. My grandson took in a used van he just purchased today for an oil chsnge. After the service work was completed the van would not start again. The guys there (Malik and Travis) started troubleshooting the problem. Upon further review they called the general manager from the Benton Harbor store (Tyler). He got in his car and drove to the St. Joseph location to help in assessing the problem. I would guess that these young gentlemen spent a good hour looking at different things and doing their best to get him safely back on the road. After diagnosing the issue and determining the van was unsafe to drive they gave us a referral to a good local mechanic and tow company and we had the van picked up and delivered to the repair shop where it will be looked at tomorrow, All of these gentlemen deserve a raise for the professional way they take care of their customers and represent their business!

  Came in for just an oil change, fluid checks and air, and my car broke down and wouldnt start These lovely people took the time to try and help me start it, even called someone from a nearby store to help, they went way above and beyond to help me, thank you so much to Tyler (gm from Benton harbor), Travis (assistant manager saint joesph), and Malik (saint joesph), if it wasnt for them I would've only known about the brake issue and bought a new battery for no reason, im a thankful I broke down in their store and not on the street, these guys definitely deserve praise and your business

  Stopped by for a quick oil change and that is exactly what I got! Maleek helped me out and was super friendly! He informed me of everything that was going. Super friendly and down to earth. Apologies if I got the spelling wrong, but Maleek made the experience 10/10

  Fast, Friendly, Professional, Affordable. Who could ask for more? I was in and out in about 15 minutes, oil changed, filters changed, brake light replaced. The technician was friendly, explained everything that was going on and how much each item and procedure would cost. The communication between the pit technician and the top side tech was amazing. It was 15 degrees outside, just couldn’t bring myself to do an oil change myself. Great experience!
