They’ve earned it a hundred times over. Let’s be real—I’m just a girl with a Jeep Wrangler, and finding a car place I can actually trust is like finding a unicorn. But these guys? Total unicorn status. Every visit they check everything—lights, fluids, filters—and then do the oil change. They even throw in free top-offs between visits and a free car wash code for the Benton Harbor location. They pamper my Jeep! The manager at the Saint Joseph shop (wish I knew his name - I believe his name is Derek?) is seriously the MVP. He’s kind, insanely knowledgeable, detail-obsessed in the best way, and hands down the most professional car guy I’ve ever met. The staff is awesome too—friendly, fast, and they somehow manage to make waiting for an oil change feel painless. You can tell the manager runs a tight ship, but he’s always right there in the trenches helping too. After five years, I can confidently say: this is the only place I’ll let under the hood of my Jeep. Highly recommend! I'm truly grateful for the service they provide! (The photo is for attention) - This review is not for the Benton Harbor location - I will never return there. They have the worst customer service, time management and it's just a messy process to get an oil change. This review is only for the Saint Joseph location and the manager + staff.
