Rick described that Valvoline's policy is that it is an oil change shop, not a repair shop so they could not do the repair. He even called the other shop for us to describe the damage and get him to make it right. He did ,and we don't believe he would've otherwise based on other interactions we've had with this guy! Rick went above and beyond and for that we are grateful. We will be back!
