- THtonika holmes5 days ago2.0I have been a customer of Valvoline for some years..I live in St Clair Shores an I generally visit that location..after my last visit I will never visit there again I find Adrienne the manager very condescending.. another employee I missed his name I shared with him that I did not care for her and HE chose to share that private conversation with Adrienne an she then proceeded to be more condescending I was offended and she wanted a reaction from me as I was leaving she said to me make sure you spell my name right!! This IS NOT the first time I have felt dismissed as a customer.. which is horrible for a manager to behave like that.. its poor representation of your company..

I stopped in because I had a fog light out and asked if they had that specific bulb and if someone could replace it. The lady checked on the computer and said they did have it. A male employee said he didn’t know how to change it, but she said she would take a look. She was messing with the light for a few minutes, then came back and suddenly said they didn’t have the bulb after all.. I thought that was strange. After I left, I checked and saw the housing had been broken my fog light is now hanging because the piece it sits in was damaged. I wish she would have been honest about what happened. Now I’m stuck paying more to fix something that wasn’t broken before I came in. Unfortunately, this experience felt unprofessional and inexperienced
