- JGJanet GreenNov 6, 20255.0We cannot brag enough about the outstanding professional attention we received from Marc & Allen T & the awesome guys in the Service Dept. Our 2016 Jeep Patriot High Altitude was suddenly misfiring & would completely shut off while driving, no matter what speed. Allen & his knowledgeabe Svc Techs diagnosed & replaced a (rarely changed) Crankshaft Positoner Sensor & Wire Harness which resolved the problem "immediately". The car has NEVER run so smoothly or been so quiet. There's no engine growl or rumble when accelerating. Pressing the gas pedal gives immediate peppy acceleration, which is an astonishing (mind-blowing) improvement from the previous sluggish almost sputter. The car was driven 11 hrs (668 mi.) from MI to TN immediately after picking up the car at the Svc Dept. It drove like brand new w/out a hiccup! Several times the radio volume had to be turned down low at traffic lights to make sure the engine was running. The gas mileage has even improved. We cannot sing praises enough for the great experience we received. We very highly recommend the fine folks in the Svc Dept at St. Clair Chysler Jeep Dodge Ram. This has been one if the best Svc Dept experiences we've ever had. We definately give them 5 Stars.
