- FSFree Spirit6 days ago1.0They messed up my car! I went there and paid $103 for an oil change for my 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee after I got the oil change done. I realized the car was acting weird so I called the oil change place and told them and they suggested (Matt the supervisor who changed my oil) that I take it to an auto parts store so that they can scan it ….the auto parts store scanned it and found Codes where my engine is messed up related to oil. The auto store guy pulled out the dipstick and there was literally no oil in my car. Then he proceeded to look under the car and we could see something was dripping. So I called uncle Ed’s back and Matt is the Supervisor answered ….He insisted that we get it looked at by uncle Ed’s, but we had already lost faith in uncle Ed’s and wanted to get it looked at somewhere else, so Matt said we exhausted his efforts and that basically he was done with us. He wouldn’t even let me ask another question. So now we will take it up to corporate and sue them if corporate doesn’t resolve the issue. I will add a picture of the codes and of my receipt so you can see the direct correlation. This was all within a few hours by the way.
