  Great overall experience with Enterprise. The customer service was friendly and professional. There were some bugs in the car, but I appreciated the discount and how they handled it. I’d definitely rent from them again.

  Terrible service, manager Latoya or something like that, should not deal with the public. Doesn't give solutions to fix issues. Look elsewhere for rentals,

  Manager Latoya terrible customer service, I can see why she has so many complaints.This location's the old bait and switch get you in the door and then tell you they don't have the car you reserved. Avoid this location

  Latoya over at Southgate mi is truly the best..she went over and beyond her pay rate to accommodate me..much love to u Chris over at Wayne mi was awesome as well Thank both of u guys for making my experience great..u both understood my situation and went outta ur way to assist me..I truly wish we had more ppl who actually did their job with the profession u both have

  UNRELIABLE! They called me 40 minutes prior to my pick up time on a reservation made 1 week ago to tell me they don't have my car. Sounds like baloney to me
