I reported it immediately, and instead of addressing the issue, staff claimed it was “pre-existing damage” and denied my claim. The mirror cover was not damaged prior to entering the wash. There was no inspection beforehand, yet they still used that excuse to avoid accountability. This is unacceptable. Accidents happen, but refusing to stand behind your service is a problem. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make it clear they do not value their customers or their vehicles. I will not be returning and strongly caution others before using this car wash.

I have a sedan and the front and back of the vehicle are always unclean. Also, sometimes the product they use leaves marks all over the car. I sent an email and never heard back. Cancelled within the first month. I think they're missing a little manual cleaning maybe with a light brush while the vehicles are entering the car wash, like most other car washes do.
