- RRR1 day ago1.0I went here for the first time with my newer SUV for a needed car wash, as my preferred car wash was way too busy. The attendant was super friendly and tried to sell a monthly pass, but I opted for just a single, regular wash. The power washers and machines were very powerful, and the service was quick and seemed good at first. However, immediately after passing through, I noticed the rear wiper on my hatch was ripped clean off, and my car didn't seem very clean at all. The car wash, of course, was not responsible for damaging the car. I went to a nearby auto store to buy a new wiper, and that worker knew exactly what car wash I had been to when I described the damage to my car. Their machines seem overpowered, and they might reuse dirty water and skimp on the soap. After all was said and done, including the damage, this car "wash" ended up costing me over $50.

- KBKathy Beach4 days ago2.0I have a membership so I should be able to go right through, but multiple times I'm sitting for 10+ minutes waiting for someone in the cashier line to pay or whatever they are doing that takes so long. Why can't they just drop the barrier and let the membership people go through? Seriously 20 people could have gone through while that one person did their transaction. Also, my truck doesn't always look that clean after washing. There is always dirt streaks on both sides.
