The key fob literally falling apart, car won't recognize key fob. Plus quarter tank of gas. If necessary to use enterprise again, will definitely find a different location.

- JHJay HartsuffOct 12, 20251.0I have been a loyal enterprise customer for quite a while, I use them for business weekly and recently before my contract was up the woman Kearstyn at the southgate location was very unprofessional and forced me to turn in my Keyes not allowing to grab all of my belongings out of the vehicle she rushed me and my 15 bullet magazine full of ammo along with my weapons holster is in the truck. This woman was so rude and cruel she called the police on me ( which I waited there the entire time) and they never came. She also kept 20 people waiting on all of the foolishness she was doing. I have never been put in such an unprofessional situation. I was very uncomfortable and did comply the most I possible could before leaving for the army. I highly recommend not dealing with her at this specific location. With the woman’s attitude and demeanor I felt she was going to put her hands on me so I am glad the police were called specifically for my safety.
