Avoid this location. Manager latoya told me I would get 20% daily discount for scheduling inconvenience and when I returned vehicle, was charged with no discount. Called her to ask why and she came up with some story about how it was supposed to come out of your $300 deposit and didn't make sense so I had to call corporate, and they told me she was wrong and that they would look into it and refund me the discount. People, please, if you get a discount, get a new agreement. And get it in writing, don't go through this headache.

I wish to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service I received from Latoya, who identified herself as a store manager. During my interaction, Rebecca was initially assisting me with a reservation when Latoya took over, cancelling my reservation under the guise of allocating the vehicle to another customer. Latoya showcased multiple vehicles as alternatives. Her behavior was unmistakably racist, forcing a member of my party to record the encounter. I plan to share my experience with corporate. As Latoya declined to serve us, we sought assistance elsewhere. I hope that this feedback will prompt a review of management practices and customer service standards. When I got to the other location I realized she still had my card and called. She found out we were being serviced else where and proceeded to talk about me rudely to the kind man. In the end I was treated better by a gentleman at a different location. No issues at all
Good people top notch service, dont be a stranger for your rental needs ,latoya and other staff were very patient and explained everything

Incredibly rude and unhelpful management. I rented a car in November '25 because my insurance has a contract with Enterprise. I was told by the manager at the time (bearded middle age white male) that I could take a truck, Mustang or Mazda SUV. All of which would come in at/under my daily rental rate approved by insurance.
After leaving and coming back 2 hours later waiting for the Mazda to be cleaned, the key fob was broken. We were given another vehicle and I again asked if it would cost anything additional and was told no, same thing as before. The manager also said I wouldn't need to worry about refilling the gas tank and that he'd waive it upon return.
Fast forward to the return date and they are billing me for ABOVE the agreed upon rate and initially charged me for the fuel refill. The white male manager who rented me the vehicle apparently "got a promotion" and moved offices. The current manager, LaToya, wouldn't give me his name, new office or a work e-mail to contact. She had no interest in looking into this issue or attempting to assist me. She stated "I wasn't here so I don't know what he said to you."
After calling Enterprise customer service, they refunded the fuel charge but aren't honoring the original manager's other statement. I asked for the district manager's name and contact and was told it is Brad Croft/Craft. After following up weekly with Enterprise, Brad has yet to contact me. Enterprise is now telling me to go IN to the office to resolve this after having been told by LaToya that I need to contact customer service.
0/5 will never rent from Enterprise again.
