  Didn't need tires. But I need air in mine. Belle tire has the best air pump as it's programmable to your tires psi and it's FREE. Thank you Belle Tire.

  I feel this reviews been overdue since like May or June from this year. I used to have this 08 Pontiac and from the moment I got it until I had to part ways with it the Southgate location always worked on it whenever I had any issues. They've always worked with me, they kept it real with me when something major was going on, and unfortunately a day came to where the costs for repairs were more than what the car was worth. The car was a money pit from the time I bought it (it was my first car) and I did what I could to try Frankensteining it back to life. From new tires, rims and sensors to balljoints and control arms, multiple wiring issues, headlamp going out all the time, tirods, brakes, rotars, tune ups etc Southgate had my back as much as they could. They sent me to Bill Ritchie for the wiring issue but they took care of the car anytime I brought it in. They've invited me to the back a few times just to show me what my issue was at the time with the car (like the headlamp issue or when the ballpoint on the drivers side control arm went out) and always told me how they're gonna fix it. I never got their names but if they're still at this location without a doubt you're in good hands. I'm not sure if Michael Edwards still works there but he was the guy who broke the news to me when the car got to the point where the repairs were more than what the cars worth. I knew he didn't wanna be that guy but I appreciated him for being that guy rather than trying to make a sale and not caring. It was him and I believe one of the mechanics, the mechanic was older and backed him up on what he was telling me. Michael even offered to sell me his car with how much I was looking at to fix what I needed done to the Pontiac and even then there was no telling what would've been next. It really stood out to me how above and beyond these guys go, I've never saw anything like it and I'll always appreciate them for everything they've done whether it was a minor or major problem

  This was my first time using this location but it won’t be last. Michael helped me today and he was great. The guy who ordered my tire was also very nice but I can't remember his name.

  Belle Tire in Southgate deserves a shout out! I’ve had tires put on my cars three different times over the years and I’ve had various other work done as well. Their customer service is awesome and the manager, Mike, is always awesome to deal with. Very honest & trustworthy. He even helped me figure out a rebate through Michelin once, actually taking it over himself when I was not having success. I can sell houses…but I know nothing about cars! I’m very grateful to work with great people that I can trust.
