I was polite and simply asking for help. While I was speaking to one employee, another guy who I wasn’t even talking to interrupted and rudely said it was too cold to do it, in a very unprofessional and disrespectful tone. The employee who was originally helping me then went along with the attitude instead of handling the situation professionally. The only employee who was kind and respectful was the older gentleman there. The overall vibe was judgmental and unwelcoming, like they sized me up the moment I walked in. As a woman who openly said I wasn’t confident changing a battery myself, I expected basic respect—not attitude. I do not recommend coming to this location. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, and that’s not how customers should be treated.
