With that said Jeff Watson and his co-workers were amazingly professional and honest with the work they did for me. This experience is not common at belle tire. I’ve used belle tire for almost 10 years and never had an issue. I went there to have two back tires replaced. They were able to take care of me. The wait was a long time but I was a walk in, I was thankful to get it done. I had a pretty large bubble on my back tire. My car was ready. They put the new tires on the front and left the back tires on the back. I went back in and they said they’d fix it. I waited more. I came back out and the valve cap wasn’t put on one of the tires. I went in and got one. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot my steering wheel was shaking and my car was pulling. I wasn’t going back. I drove to a different belle tire and they informed me that there were two different types of tires in the fronts. The driver side had significant cupping. I’m assuming instead of finding the tires they accidentally took off my car, they found two random tires that were the right size and put them on my car and sent me off. The tire that was causing the shaking was a performance tire. I brought it in with regular all season tires.
