My husband was buying an engine gasket and before he purchased it he asked if he could look at the item to make sure it was the proper size and they would not let me look at it, and of course when I got it home opened it up it was not the proper one, tried to bring it back right away, and they said it was not returnable ...when I had asked while I was in the store if I could look at it because I didn't think it was the right one they said well you should have looked at the picture, very rude very unprofessional and now I'm out 50 bucks, I will NEVER ever step foot in this store again!!!
