  We had an issue with the rental so they charged us only half of the price. I was very impressed with their customer service!

  Enterprise on Telegraph Rd in Southfield, Detroit is SORRY! Just like their customer service said, "Sorry"for our mistake even though they called me everyday to confirm my reservation. On the day of my reservation, Enterprise rep had the audacity to offer me a mini van instead of the premium vehicle I reserved. After waiting 15 minutes to even be seen and having to listen to another person in front of me complain about the oil light in his rental is on but the rep is blowing it off like it is not important. I rented a vehicle with a better location. I would like to warn all corporations and vehicles rental beware of this Enterprise location in Southfield on Telegraph. They are not good

  I requested for an SUV a week ago, but ended up getting a small car. Though I was unhappy but they tried their best to manage the hard situations. Especially the manager, she tried her best possible. Somehow I managed the weekend, everything went well. She lowered the prize, gave a ride back home. All good.

  The wait times are ridiculous. To reserve a vehicle to pick up, and no vehicle is ready. Vehicle has to be cleaned out. Been waiting over a hour. This is a complete inconvenience l. This location says same thing we have see what’s available when arrive.. then why am i able to reserve the vehicle. This very inconvenient again and inconsiderable.. typing this as it’s been over a hour waiting and still no vehicle

  Excellent customer service. Good people work at this location. Hannah Davis helped me today and made my process more enjoyable. She was professional, efficient, and made everything easy. Highly recommend this location.
