My 2025 Lincoln Nautilus had been in an accident, and after getting it repaired, I later found out the collision shop didn’t line up the right fender properly. Derek was the one who noticed it and pointed it out to me. I’m 66 and not very confident with all the new technology, but he took his time with me like I was family. He was patient, honest, and transparent about everything. He explained exactly what the shop did wrong and made sure I fully understood it. He also helped me get a rental car once when I really needed it, and he didn’t have me waiting — he got me in and out. I recommend him to anyone needing a car write-up. He was even better than the salesman at explaining things and caring about my vehicle. The salesmen didn’t care nearly as much as Derek did. You don’t meet many people with that level of humility and genuine care anymore. He didn’t just help me with my vehicle — he made me feel seen, respected, and protected. That meant more to me than he knows. Derek turned what could have been a stressful and discouraging day into a truly uplifting experience.
