  I have been renting from this location for over three years and am an Enterprise Plus Platinum member, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and reflects a pattern I continue to encounter here. I reserved a larger vehicle for a family trip. When I arrived, I was told only a Nissan Rogue or similar was available, which I accepted. I then asked to upgrade and offered to pay the difference. The representative appeared willing to help, but the manager intervened and instructed her not to provide an upgrade. No explanation was given. Instead, I was placed into a Mazda CX-5 with front-end damage and excessive road noise, which is concerning for a long drive with my family. What made the situation more frustrating is that a family member walked in separately and was offered an upgraded vehicle without issue. I try to be respectful and understanding, but I consistently receive worn vehicles and limited options at this location. The experience does not reflect the level of service expected for a loyal customer. I hope management reviews customer service practices, vehicle quality standards, and upgrade policies so future customers receive a more consistent experience.

  Do not go to this location especially if your black. They never have any cars even if you have a reservation. On 2/12/2026 the manager picked and choosed who could rent a vehicle. I ignored when another black person told me they were anti black. Im using all my points since I'm a gold member and then Im never doing business with enterprise again. SINCE 2008. They follow the policy when they feel like it. The customer service is horrible fake and disingenuous. There's no black people who works at the front desk. They got all the black ppl prepping cars in that garage

  Absolutely amazing customer service, seriously could not ask for more competent and kinder people. Note this location can get busy due to its location within all the collision shops around so if you walk in to a crowd be patient they will take care of you quickly!

  It can be a bit of a wait there depending on the time of day and road conditions, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
