I was completely frustrated by another Enterprise location for not being able to fulfill my reservation. Abby at the Southfield location restored my faith that great customer service people exist. She had me in a vehicle in less than fifteen minutes. Truly unbelievable. Thank you!!!
- EZErnie ZirollDec 10, 20255.0The employees at the Telegraph branch in Southfield, Mi do an outstanding job. If you live close by they offer a convenient pick up and drop off service. Their vehicles are kept clean and serviced. Ken Drake the manager even went through all the features of our vehicle and even downloaded our phone and music onto the vehicle system for a wonderful road trip. Both pickup and drop off were quick with a full refund of security deposit. I recommend this bench in Southfield, Mi highly. Their whole crew is thoughtful and friendly and I hope Enterprise treats them well. A job well done. I don’t rent as often as I used too, but they sure make it easy. Lastly I would not hesitate to buy a used car from Enterprise as all their service and accident records are tracked!!! Another job well done, so a big thank you to them. Lastly, this last rental was done on a Saturday, after Thanksgiving with weather conditions that were tough and this amazing crew was still delightful in every aspect !!! Thanks again!!!
