  I bought my tires at Belle Tire in Roseville, but with the cold weather, I needed air in all 4. I walked inside and expressed that I’d rather not have to put the air in, being an older lady. The young man said no peony and that he’d come back to help me. When my turn came, they young man didn’t show up. I went through quite a struggle getting air in my tires. It’s disappointing to be lied to by service providers after being told they would help.

  They seemed very un concerning about customers needs because they totally ignored the people asking for help or service needs , the entire staff don't care at all the service help desk completely SUCKS.......!!!!

  Their “free” tire patching is just a scam to get you to bring your car in. Once they have it they’ll call you 4 hours later saying they won’t patch it and that you need a new tire.

  Absolutely deplorable. Recently had my car at the ford dealer for an oil change and was advised i need new tires in 5k-7k miles. Had a screw lodge in my tire and took it here to be repaired. Was told they cannot repair the tire because they "deemed" the tires needed to be replaced. I asked they just repair the hole and I will schedule to have the tires replaced. They said the repair could be done but they aren't willing to do it, I need to buy new tires. So I bought new tires. They said tires, balancing and wheel alignment all included. Once tires were completed they called to let me know they were done and an alignment was needed. I said fine, since it was included. They said it's going to be $130 and that it isn't included. Notice when you call they don't call their employees service representatives, they are all "sales" representatives. All they care about is up charging and making a sale. What's funny about all of this is they say they price match, so I called around and received a lower price from a dealer. Belle did match it prior to work being done, but once they added that alignment into the cost, which was previously stated to be included, it matched the exact price they quoted earlier before matching the price I found. Lesson learned. I will never be back here. I work for a company that used to use them as our fleet provider and we stopped because every time we brought a vehicle in here they said it needed new tie rods wheel bearings. Hence, my company changed providers. I should've known better.

That the tires “wouldn’t line up.” A flat-out lie designed to push a massive upsell. They weren’t trying to sell us a $750 tire. They wanted to sell us four tires plus an extended warranty — thousands of dollars we didn’t need to spend. And when I insisted they simply patch it? They refused.
