The protection plan is worth toilet paper because I hit a nail and blew the tire out. I went to Goodyear and they swapped the tire for a donut and would have charged me about 250 bucks for a new one. I was happy I thought because I bought the protection plan. I had to pay 50 bucks for a new tire sales tax and new protection plan. The would not bother putting the new tire on as they said they were too busy to help. I could not get the lug nuts off and had to pay a tow truck to swap the tire back plus tons of aggravation. This will be the last time I go to belle tire for anything as they do not help.

Waited for the car then they said they could not find my lug nut key but did the oil change in TWO hours. I went home and quickly found the key right next to the jack in the trunk. Drove right back to Belle and they said they could not get me in and I would have to make an appointment! 25+ years but no more, goodbye Belle Tire.
