  My car was making a slightly high pitch noise so I took my car to this location to get it checked out as I thought it could be a belt or baring issue. I was told that the noise was coming from a vacuum hose that needed to be replaced and the cost was $174.00. I agreed to the fix because it seemed minor enough. I was also told that my rear brakes needed to be replaced so I agreed to it because I thought the issue with my car was only the vacuum hose. That was an additional $600.00. After paying for the services the sales associate told me they did a diagnostic scan on my car, handed me a sheet, and some transmission codes came up and I should get those checked before they become a bigger problem. There should be an order of operations. I should have been told about the transmission codes at the same time I was told about the vacuum hose and the rear brakes, because I would have never agreed to the additional $600.00 had I known my transmission might be an issue. There is a lack of integrity at this location and I was scammed into paying for services by not telling me the whole picture at once. Furthermore, the vacuum hose was not the issue because my car started making the same noise as soon as I returned home. I would not go to Belle Tire for mechanical issues and only stick to tires and brakes. When you take your car to get serviced, you are hoping that honesty will be at the forefront. Most people have a hard time paying additional car expenses and waiting to tell the full picture after someone pays is disgraceful and conniving.

  This place is awesome with free vehicle inspection. I took 2 cars before purchasing. What a Life saver, I didn't purchase either car.

  My 84 year old mom went there today for an oil change. They charged her $114 for the premium Mobil One full synthetic 10,000 mile change. They never asked her if that's what she wanted. She also waited 3 hours because they did not tell her they were actually out of the oil they needed and had to get it from another location. They absolutely took advantage of her and got very defensive when I called and questioned them about it.

  This morning, at -20F temperature, I stopped at the Belle Tire of Southfield Rd and 13 mile. Their outside Free Air machine was deliberately off cz they don't want to be bothered coming out in the cold to help. I went inside asking for help to put air in my tire. One of their workers, Tyler, was so rude to me. He stated that he needed to write a report for that and make me wait 30 minutes before they put air in my tire. I cannot believe Belle Tire employs unprofessional workers who do not care about customer satisfaction. I will never step a foot in that place again.
