    I would have rated this store much lower if it weren’t for the store manager, JL. Our interaction with the woman at the counter was extremely unprofessional—she made several unnecessary and snarky comments and made the situation quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, JL came out to replace my battery and completely turned the experience around. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, JL, for your excellent service!

    MY FIANCÉ RECEIVED A LOT OF UNNECESSARY HAGGLING OVER A PRODUCT THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY ON AUTOZONE'S ONLINE SITE THAT WAS A FEW $$ DOLLARS LOWER , THEREFORE SHE ASKED FOR THE ONLINE PRICE POINT WHILE IN THE STORE??? AND THE STORE MGR. JAY AND HIS REDSHIRT LATOYA SEEMED TO BE FRUSTARTED TO GIVE THE PRICE POINT🤔 HAD I BEEN ABLE TO BUY ONLINE AND PICK-UP IN STORE WOULDN'T THAT BE JUST AS THE SAME AS, ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER WITH THE SAME PRICE POINT IN STORE🤔 MGR. JAY CLAIMS IT'S NOT THE SAME AT WHICH POINT MY FIANCÉ SPOKE WITH ANOTHER AUTOZONE LOCATION AND THAT MGR. STATED IT IS THE SAME... IF IT IS SHOWING ON AUTOZONES WEBSITE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT AND SAME SKU# AND PART NUMBER# THEN THEY SHOULD BE TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! INSTEAD, IT WAS SOME RESISTANCE, BUT MY FIANCÉ INSISTED TO BE HELPED PROPERLY AND THEREFORE WAS GIVEN THE AUTOZONE ONLINE PRICE POINT, BUT THE REDSHIRT LATOYA PUT IT UNDER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INSTEAD OF OTHER OR COMPETITOR PRICE WHICH IS THEIR OWN ONLINE PRICE! MY FIANCÉ WAS GIVEN THE EXCUSE "THAT THE STORE'S DISTRICT MGR. AND REGIONAL HAS BEEN COMPLAINING AND SCRUTINIZING THEM MISUSING DISCOUNTS". WELL MY PURCHASE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT... MY PURCHASE WAS A LEGITIMATE PRICE POINT MATCH BASED ON THEIR OWN ONLINE PRICING AND IT WAS FAIR TO GIVE A PRICE POINT MATCH ESPECIALLY WHILE I'M ALREADY IN THE STORE AND IT'S REFLECTING A LOWER ONLINE PRICE ON AUTOZONE'S WEBSITE! TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER PROPERLY, WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL THEY ARE ASKING TOO MUCH, WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS A LEGITIMATE AND DOABLE PROCESS!!! ALSO, THE CUSTOMER DON'T NEED TO HEAR FEEDBACK FROM AN EMPLOYEE EXPRESSING "THEY'RE NOT TRYING TO LOSE THEIR JOB AND THEIR STORE EMPLOYEES HAVE FAMILIES AND HAVE FAMILIES TO FEED AND TAKE CARE OF" WHAT ON EARTH DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH A CUSTOMER ASKING THAT A AUTOZONE ONLINE PRICE BE MET WHILE IN THE STORE! ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL BANTER THAT HAS NO BEARING ON THE MATTER! THIS STORE LOCATION CLEARLY HAS A TEAM OF UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES WHOM HAS OBVIOUSLY FORGOTTEN WHO IS THE REASON THEY HAVE A PAYCHECK .... THE CUSTOMER IS THE REASON! THIS STORE NEEDS MORE COACHING ON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES! AUTOZONE MANTRA IS "TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER" OF COURSE WITHIN GUIDELINES, AND EXTENDING A CUSTOMER AN AUTOZONE ONLINE PRICE WHILE THE CUSTOMER IS ALREADY IN THE STORE IS WITHIN GUIDELINES... IN TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER!!! IT WAS A LEGITIMATE PURCHASE. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

    I would recommend this location to everyone! The guys there were so helpful and truly made life so much easier. They were super knowledgeable of the products and gave me what I needed without breaking the bank! I truly appreciate all three of you for your time and effort and you did it with a smile!     The employees behave as if you're inconveniencing them if you need help. Especially the black woman with the mullet. This is my third time at this location and she always gave me lip when I needed assistance with my car.
