Mine was not tightened and I had to have AAA come to a site where I was to tighten my battery down so maybe just a teaching moment. Especially for the females

Our interaction with the woman at the counter was extremely unprofessional—she made several unnecessary and snarky comments and made the situation quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, JL came out to replace my battery and completely turned the experience around. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, JL, for your excellent service!
